The boulder is known by two names, Lauritsakivi and Rajakivi. The name Lauritsakivi is derived from Saint Lawrence, in reference to Kuusalu church.
As I visited the boulder in winter there was ice on one side covering up a second marking, but at least the one in the picture below was visible as it was on the side facing the sun and thus the ice had melted.
On top the boulder there were a few man made dimples.
